Nepal's new constitution has country split in two

Описание: Maoist rebels demanded a new constitution after a 10-year civil war ended with a peace deal in 2006. There were hopes the charter would unite Nepal, but instead it's created divisions.

It establishes a federal and secular governing system, dividing the country into seven states.
