I planted yams as usual and harvested when i got back from holidays. I planned to cook different Yam recipes with it but somehow, the people in my house finished the Yam before it was time to make a video using the Harvested Yam.
I already planned to use it for this recipe so i decided to go buy a tuber so i can share this masterpiece with you.
The Balls are not only beautiful but it's so yummy and the sauce gave it an added Boost. You chould try it with Potatoes too. You will love it
You need:
about 2 to 3 slices of Yam
Chicken (Its better if the ratio of Chicken to yam is more, so double the amount of Chicken)
Choice seasonings (You can use the ones in the video)
Spring onions
Bread crumbs
Oil for frying
For the sauce
Tomatoes, Pepper to taste, Onions, Vegetable oil, butter
