At some point you stop noticing gas fees — until you actually look back at your transactions.

Every transfer, every swap, every move between networks… there’s always a small cut. On its own it doesn’t feel like much, but over time it adds up fast. I wanted to see if there’s a cleaner way to handle that, so I tested a wallet setup that removes that whole layer from the process.

Here I’m just going through what it looks like in practice — creating a wallet, sending ETH to MetaMask, and checking how the transfer behaves when there’s no gas involved on the user side.

What stood out isn’t some feature — it’s the fact that nothing extra is required. No separate balance for gas, no prep before sending, no switching between tools just to complete one transaction.
