Описание: On this trip, I setout to complete sections 1 and 2 of the Mid State Trail. The MST is known as PA's wildest footpath. It stretches 327 miles and traverses the entire state from Maryland to New York. This trail features a lot of ridge walking which can offer some incredible views but water sources, green briars, and minimal legal camping options can make this trail a challenge depending on the hiker and time of year. Section one offered some nice views and beautiful wooded sections. Camping and water were somewhat limited to mostly near the area around Martin Hill.
