Czech food is fulfilling and delicious, especially satisfactory during the winter. I managed to find the Czech lunch place during the break time, the local Czech pub called "U tri sedlaku" (at three peasants). Garlic soup with melted cheese & Tripe soup marked the great opening of late lunch, followed by pork belly burger & beef goulash containing Czech traditional tastes. Ah, don't forget to enjoy Grog as the winter Czech specialty, a liqueur mixed with hot water.
