Intelligence agencies warned of possible coordinated IED strikes on major Hindu shrines in Delhi and Uttar Pradesh by Pakistan-backed terror groups, with temples including Akshardham Temple and Kashi Vishwanath Temple identified as potential targets, top intelligence sources told CNN-News18.
According to sources, the threat follows Operation Sindoor, during which Indian forces targeted terrorist hideouts in Pakistan. Intercepted communications indicate both groups view the strikes as a provocation and are seeking revenge against symbols of Hindu religious significance.
