The athlete featured in the video is Usain Bolt who took the Olympic Gold medal in the 2016 200 meter run.
I didn't set out to record this video. I just had some thoughts in my head that I wanted to get out so I just grabbed my phone and hit record. None of it was pre-scripted or planned. If it had been I would have made better plans to occupy my son so I have wouldn't have had to talk over him. ;-) But on the other hand it probably helped having him in the room with me because when I look at him, my daughter, and my wife it reminds me "why" I started and "why" I must continue! I greatly consider the thoughts that I want to leave with them and the lasting impression I want them to have. They are everything to me and with them by my side I have already won.
