Requirements: Complete "The Treasure Map."

Go to the SS Buccaneer and tell Ramtieger to sail South, South, and then West. Cap'n Tusk will ask you to explore the Fieg Snowfields where you've landed and search for treasure.
You have to ask the fairies to cast specific spells on you in a particular order to find the Class 7 fairy, Ehrlang:

Ask Fiorentina to cast the level 2 spell.
Ask Malbaresta to cast the level 3 spell.
Ask Lucini to cast the level 5 spell.
Ask Tilda to cast the level 6 spell.
Ask Lakshmi ("My name is a secret") to cast level 7 spell.
Talk only to Ehrlang, if you talk to the other fairies, you'll miss out this event.
Cap'n Tusk will give you a crab.

Legend of Mana (聖剣伝説 Seiken Densetsu) is a classic PS1 game that takes you on a magical adventure in the vibrant fantasy land of Fa'Diel. In this game, you create your own journey by placing artifacts on the map to shape the story and unlock different quests. You'll encounter unique characters, engage in battles, and explore various lands filled with mysteries and creatures.

The game, released in 1999, is an action role-playing created by Square (now Square Enix). In the game, you can change how the world looks using something called the Land Make system. This lets you create different areas and quest to do, without following a strict main story. Legend of Mana was directed by Koichi Ishii, who created the series, designed by Akihiko Matsui, and produced by Akitoshi Kawazu, who has a lot of experience making games at Square. The soundtrack was composed by Yoko Shimomura.
