Hampton Bay Landmark Plus Ceiling Fan. This is installed in my grandma's house. Its OK, its not the worse thing in the world. It does the job. Sometimes I really wish that newer ceiling fans would have the same simplicity as this without all of the fancy remote controls. I've noticed a common trend where the remotes/receivers on those fans go bad after around 10 years. This one, after 15+ years, has its controls intact because of the simplicity of pullchains.
