With this glitch technique, we can obtain the GF Mew with ID 22796. With enough practice, it takes less than 20 minutes.
Alternatively once you get the ID 22796 from the expanded bag slots and wipe your party, you can just warp to Celadon City (item 36 quantity to 04, don't use your house or you'll get trapped) to perform the Mew glitch, with the Teleport we get from the "Q" glitch Pokémon. This Mew will then have the ID 22796.
