Replacing a damaged impeller is pretty simple on the Tsurumi HSZ2.4S 2-inch (50cm) Submersible Pump. Remove the hex bolts, separate the pump housing from the bottom strainer stand. Grip the damaged impeller with channel locks, loosen and remove the stirrer. Remove the spring washer and plain washer. Carefully pry off the damaged impeller. Check the casing packing and shaft sleeve for damage or debris. Attach the new impeller, plain washer and spring washer. Tighten the stirrer (do not overtighten). Join the pump housing to the strainer stand and tighten the hex bolts. Plug in the pump and confirm the pump's operation. Thanks for watching! Like and subscribe to our channel for more DIY videos.
