In this video, we have demonstrated our 140 litres PCB BAKING OVEN. This 140-liter PCB baking or drying oven can accommodate 2 trays, making it ideal for medium-scale production. This oven is fitted with imported EBM PAPST hot air fan for forced-air circulation system which ensures uniform heat across all shelves, eliminating cold spots and guaranteeing consistent drying.
Digital PID temperature control maintains stable baking temperatures typically between 50 °C to 150°C, suitable for moisture-sensitive electronic components. User can also set timer up to 9999 minutes or as required.
Inner chamber is made of mirror finished 304 grades stainless steel sheet while outer cabinet or housing is made of powder coated mild steel. This PCB Baking Oven is suitable for 220-230V 50-60Hz single phase power supply.
