Christmas in the Barrio came in a few days early out in the city of Long Beach. Starting off the day was over at Cherry Ave Park where the Poly High School Baseball team had a toy drive. While the turnout was on the smaller side, that didn’t mean the Christmas spirit wasn’t felt.
When things wrapped up at the park, the lowriders took off to the different spots in the hood to give away the toys for the kiddos. If I remember correctly, I think there were a total of 4 different stops. In all, a bunch of kids and families came out to receive toys. Santa Claus was present to give away the presents (lol see what I did there?) To see the smiles on the children made this day all that more memorable. Shout out to the Poly High Baseball Team and all the lowriders that participated on this day. Thanks for watching!
