This playlist documents an entire build of a departure angle and rectangle Globe Trekker camper, from start to finish. It is best to have these videos at your fingertips as you build your camper so that no steps are missed. If you have any questions, please call Dave. Remember to always dry fit and clean the extrusions prior to applying adhesives. Pro tip: for every extrusion corner, apply adhesives to all the edges of the extrusions that will meet at a corner and seal the extrusions to the panels internally with adhesives before joining the two extrusions together. A small gap is GOOD! No gap is BAD. Also, it is better to square the panels than it is to full seat the extrusions onto the panels. The Expedition Cabover comes in sizes ranging from 15' to a 21' in two-foot increments. These are measured as follows; with a departure angle, the 19' cabover has a 12' floor with a 2' departure angle (14' base) and a 5' (63" overhang), for a total of 19'. These cabovers can be upgraded with a Super King overhang for a king-sized bed and "north-south" sleeping arrangements with a luxurious 76" or 80" overhang for a just a bit more.
