Philip Wilson WG94 launched Ecofiltro S.A. in 2009, with the goal of bringing clean drinking water to rural Guatemalans. Part of the social enterprise's model involves selling water filters in urban areas to subsidize their efforts in the countryside, and another part involves selling carbon offsets to large corporations.
