The food packaging factory will create 20 food per hour, but will be full after 2lbs of your selected food.

Blamco Brand Mac and Cheese: 24 min to fill the machine
Fancy Lads Snack Cakes: 24 min to fill the machine
Preserved InstaMash: 12 min to fill the machine
Salisbury Steak: 12 min to fill the machine
Sugar Bombs: 12 min to fill the machine

Another method not showcased in the video but mentioned is if you do the Monster mash event at Watoga high school. It can provide lots of weightless candy that counts of pre-war food!

Another method not mentioned in the video is you can use a luck perk card called Canned Do! to loot food containers for pre-war food.
