The issue of racial inequality and social justice, though not new, has surfaced for the corporate sector as they respond to calls for justice and change. Customers, suppliers, and stakeholders have put the onus on corporations to demonstrate how they are contributing to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the workplace. Companies have taken a stand and publicly condemned discrimination, committing to reviewing policies and instituting DEI initiatives. Our distinguished panel will share their research and practical experiences with DEI in the corporate sector.
