This tree is one of the bigger Oaks I have cut for firewood. I used a 20 inch bar and I think this tree was about 2-3 foot wide. Junior starts by limbing up the tree followed by me cutting the the bigger parts. We split all of this by hand. There were a few round that had bad knots in them so we used the log splitter for some of them. This tree filled my truck up and then did several loads with the Kawasaki Mule
