This easy and authentic vegetable korma recipe will become a staple at home once you make it the first time. This easy kurma curry has a creamy flavourful base which is made of only five ingredients and is packed with crunchy veggies.
You can also easily turn this into a vegan kurma curry by swapping the cream with coconut milk, and the ghee with oil.
Simple, easy and so flavourful, dinner will be wiped clean in minutes!
