Herald of Agony Gladiator 3.28 Nightmare Mapping

Just wanted to quickly share what I've swapped to do farming after the league start. This is due to lacking many different videos/showcases of how HoAG gladiator feels during mapping (that isn't from Phrecia leagues)
Note that the gems in my setup aren't levelled and this was done with annihilation support socketed. Can swap to damage on full life for more DPS.

Also noticed many showcases not really focusing on how you can get really cheap DPS from HoAG with this setup. Excluding the really expensive imbued with level 1 pierce - the cost for this sort of DPS is really by 'cheating' on minion crit damage. Allowing for low level of HoAG to still do significant DPS. It's also really comfy by using Gladiator's triple block. With how its configured, it can handle all mods except block reduction. Though reduced max res is also a good skip.

Scornful Herald / Foulborn Severed in Sleep for high minion base crit
Withering touch on Lancing Steel of Spraying for wither application and buffs

QOL
2 Hunter Items, Bound by Destiny (immune to poison), The Golden Rule allows for incredibly quick virulence stacks.
Chance to poison support and poison chance anoint for poison chance
Life gain on hit for recovery

Decent life an ES pool
6 endurance charges
Ailment immunity via stormshroud
Wild Will (Bloodline) and Perfect Turtle for action speed slow immunity
