Kobe utilizing on ball screens in a variety of ways and areas on the court for midrange looks - top of the key, right wing, left wing, baseline, triple threat, live dribble, off the glass, going left, going right, defender goes under, defender goes over, defender gets caught, screener’s man shows, screener’s man drops. Was initially going to mix midrange and threes, but ultimately figured it would be more appropriate and effective to create separate projects.
Many sub-videos can and will likely be constructed in the future from this basic “ball screen pull up.” The simplicity of the clips in this video leads into others that contain specific moves following his initial usage of the pick.
