I knew that my engine mount needed to be replaced because of how much my engine moved when I would start my car (Strawberry) By replacing this my engine is more secure and shifting is more quite. I don't hear the engine move around as much when I shift as I used to.
Replacing the transmission mount was harder than I thought because if I had longer arms I wouldn't have to work from both the top and under the car. So if you are lucky and have long arms you can most likely do this job just by working on it from under the hood.
