This jellyfish painting was my first time working with watercolor and masking fluid together!
It can be a little odd to get used to, but definitely makes it easier to create a darker background for a light foreground. I wanted a smooth gradient with the dark pink, so the masking fluid helped protect the paper where the jellyfish shapes would be.
Remember to use a silicone applicator though!
It will ruin a brush ^_^
