Sliders are pretty much always a winner because of three simple reasons: 1. they're small, and people love small foods; 2. highly customizable; 3. super easy to make. Keep a pack of King's Hawaiians and some ground meat around you're prepared for any slider emergency.
In this video, Chris shows you three of his go-to sliders: ground pork (very underrated), classic ground beef, and a Dad-hacky char siu with honey butter buns (shoutout to the older, wiser Ying patriarch).
