The entire CNY SPCA Board resigned on Wednesday.
The mass resignation comes just one day after its employees staged a walkout, alleging widespread neglect and unsafe conditions at the facility.
The resignation is according to an email sent from Gale Rachetta, who's listed as an interim secretary at the CNY SPCA. An image of the email sent to staff and received by CNY Central is pictured below.
