Solution:
MSV took a cue from Bella Luna whose moto is "We Delivery to Moon." MSV "Delivered the Moon" with this italian bistro...only difference is why take a bike over the moon when you can take a food truck. Vinnie will be delighting patrons for years to come, if you're in Merced, CA look him up.
