The full film is broken down into three stages:
Stage One is a real time demonstration of the skills.
Stage Two has a slowed demonstration with an instructor commentary of how to perform the skills.
Stage Three is once again a real time demonstration, but this time with some quick visual reminders of the key things to remember when performing the skills demonstrated.

By Watching this film does not indicate the viewer is competent in any of the skills demonstrated.
This film is designed as a demonstration. It is not an instructional film and it does not replace hands-on manikin training, using appropriate training equipment, delivered by a suitably qualified instructor from a recognised organisation.
