Makes 9 square brownies
Ingredients
-1/2 cup white sugar
-3/4 cup brown sugar
-1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
-1/2 tsp baking powder
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-1/2 cup canola oil (sunflower, vegetable = substitutes)
-1 cup water
-1 1/3 cups flour
-1 cup vegan chocolate, chopped (or chocolate chips!)
