Learn how to replace the end stop assembly on the GoJak G9516 using the upgraded 9516 End Stop Kit. This step-by-step guide walks you through removing the old cotter pin, washer, spring, and end stop rod, and installing the improved components:
End Stop Rod PN 2028-95-R2
End Stop Spring PN 2027-95-2-R2
End Stop Washer PN 2027-95-3-R2
Cotter Pin PN 2019
*Recommended Tools:* diagonal cutters, pliers, screwdriver or punch, small magnet less than 0.625 inch, and a shop rag.
The entire process takes about 3 to 4 minutes and can be completed with basic tools. The upgraded kit provides a stronger, more durable end stop solution designed to withstand heavy use.
⚠️ Important: The standard end stop PN 2028 and clip & spring PN 2027 must remain in place during this procedure.
