Dying Light 2 High w/DLSS Mini PC + eGPU (Nvidia 2080ti)

Описание: Playing with these settings is still really good. I still believe that Medium is the way to go, but if you want a more detailed graphical experience, I would go with High w/ DLSS Balanced. I don't know how this GPU will perform with the new Dying Light The Beast game coming out, but I'm hopeful this will be able to handle it similarly as it did Dying Light 2.

These are setups for your Living Room TV or just as a minimal setup on your desk. All of these GPUs will be Undervolted. Settings are in the Setup section down below!

Being able to use your old GPU, whilst using less power overall is great! I'll be testing mostly previous generation GPUs, but will test new gen ones when I'm able to get them. I will be playing/testing both older and newer games. Target FPS is around 60 FPS and higher. Some games will dip a little under 60 FPS but as long as it's playable then it's all good. The UM890Pro's iGPU (780m) can handle some games by itself at 60 FPS, but it'll result in higher temps and possible performance throttling.

I've reconditioned some of the GPUs by applying new thermal paste and/or replacing the fans.

For older GPUs, I will mostly be playing on 1080p unless they can handle the game at 1440p60 and/or 4K. I'll be leveraging Lossless Scaling (best $6 I've spent in Steam) in some games for upscaling and frame generation.

*Note:
Using or having the Oculink port is key! Some Mini PCs don't have it, but you can get an Oculink PCI-e Adapter for some Mini PCs. Oculink has a max bandwidth of 65 Gbps, whereas USB4 only has 40 Gbps. The eGPU dock will still work, but it will have less performance.

You may get higher FPS than what I'm getting. This is due to factors such as the condition of your GPU or the fact that I'm recording AND gaming on the same setup
