Jowar flour idli is healthy and soft breakfast recipe.
Jowar flour is mixed with urad dal and poha paste and is fermented overnight to make soft idli.
Sorghum is a nutrient-packed grain that you can use in many ways. It's rich in vitamins and minerals like B vitamins, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, iron, and zinc.
Ingredients:
Jowar flour 2cups
Urad dal 1cup
Poha 1/4cup
Method:
Wash and soak urad dal for 4-5hours
Soak poha
After 5 hours:
Blend urad dal and poha to fine paste and add jowar flour
Mix everything properly and ferment overnight
After fermenting overnight make idli
