Cross-Shuffle Drill Notes 📝:
⚡️ with all team drills, I like the players to learn how to communicate amongst themselves. Empower them to lead. Basically just wanted them to communicate when they’ll start together, but my dude Connor calling out the movements was good for the video 😂
⚡️ first step cross is our opportunity to cover the most ground on balls hit to our left or right
⚡️ into a shuffle, slowing the speed and controlling body
⚡️ show glove early on backhand
⚡️ rockstep and shuffle into our “power” throwing position
