A worship leader chooses a song that no one knows. We (the team) asked him to change the song, but he is not cooperating. What should we do? In a service, if only the worship leader is singing, we cannot feel the Spirit of God.

When joining a worship ministry, do we need some preparation, like speaking in tongues or something else? Or can we just go in ad hoc, trusting the leading of the Holy Spirit?
