Описание: CONFIRMED WORKING DECEMBER 2023: This is a quick tutorial on how to sell your house, sell your apartment, or sell your garage in Grand Theft Auto Online or GTA 5 Online.

This is a fairly straightforward process, and will only take a few moments to get through.

Before we get started, note the address of the place you'd like to sell. You want to make sure you don't accidentally sell your club, when you're trying to sell your apartment.

Next, make sure you have at least 25 to 30 grand available in your Bank, or cash in hand. You'll need this for the actual sale.

Finally, make sure you're somewhere safe, or on a quiet server. We'll be using the in-game internet, and you don't want to contribute to someone's KD.

OK, to sell your house, apartment, club or garage in Grand Theft Auto 5 Online, bring up your smart phone, and navigate to the Internet.
