Описание: Mahaska County is officially HAZMAT ready to respond faster to hazardous situations, after leaving the Southeast Iowa Response Group or SIRG for the first time since 1991. The SIRG service provided by the Ottumwa Fire Department responds to hazardous materials calls within a nine county region. Earlier this week, CRI met with county emergency responders to see how punctual a local response team can be.
