Nongak performers dazzle the audience in Gochang, better known as the first happening place during the bronze age when Dolmens were built. Dolmens are most abundant in Korea with the heaviest concentraion in Gochang.
Nongak—traditional Korean farmers’ music and performance—is a vibrant art form born from communal rites and rustic village festivities. Rooted in Korea’s ancient rice-farming culture, it reflects the cooperative spirit and agricultural success that shaped rural life for centuries.
