The new Turbo 10 cutters, designed for square shoulders, represent an evolution in milling in terms of precision and tool life. These results have been achieved with optimized cutting properties that reduce heat generation and cutting forces, and an improved insert geometry for milling 90° angles with great precision. They offer large depths of cut and high material removal rates, and can be used in slotting and contouring, face milling, ramping and circular interpolation operations. The tool has holes for internal coolant supply; the seats have greater precision and guarantee high stability to the insert, to minimize vibrations and obtain a better surface finish.
