Addressing the conference, Dr Qadir Magsi said that Bacha Khan’s struggle against British colonialism was historic and principled. He stressed that Sindh’s resources must belong to Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s resources to the Pashtuns, and Balochistan’s resources to the Baloch people. Dr Magsi warned that Pakistan has been forcefully redefined by rulers who have taken control of courts, judges, and parliament. He stated that democratic values, constitutional supremacy, and parliamentary authority have been undermined. He emphasized that the people demand true democracy, rule of law, and restoration of constitutional and parliamentary supremacy.
