The audio for tracks 1-19 were recorded in Lievin.
The video for tracks 1-19 were recorded in Barcelona, Frankfurt and Lievin.
Track 20 was recorded in Copenhagen.
Track 21 was recorded in New Orleans, however according to Steve Lyon (the guy who mixed the official audio for SOFAD live) it is possible that One Caress was recorded in 1993/10/11 Houston. (No audience recordings exists to determine that.)
Tracks 22-24 were recorded in Honolulu.
Tracks 25-26 and the intro for the 1994 "Exotic" leg were recorded in San Francisco.
The 3 tracks listed above were played in 1993/94 but were not recorded. Audience recordings are not included for quality issues.

Bonus added to the original "Devotional" DVD:

used a remastered HD source of the show
added Policy of Truth, Halo and Death's Door which were played in Lievin however not included on the DVD
patched in these songs to make it look like they weren't even cut
added 7 bonus songs from SOFAD live and from the Exotic leg of the tour
smoothed the audience noise between bonus songs to provide a flawless listening experience
added the alternate intro of 1994
patched some extra audience noise at the end of credits where the music ends

Andrew Fletcher (until 1994 March) - keyboards
Hildia Campbell - backing vocals
Samantha Smith - backing vocals
Daryl Bamonte (from 1994 April) - keyboards

Daryl Bamonte replaced Andrew Fletcher for the last leg of the tour (1994 April - July) who had suffered a nervous breakdown and could not continue the tour.

The tour started in Lille on 1993.05.19 and ended in Indianapolis on 1994.07.08. During the Devotional Tour Depeche Mode played a total of 157 mostly sold-out shows in 27 countries and 29 US states.
