Dr Phil also known as Dr Phillip McGraw runs an american talkshow familiar to Oprah Winfrey's show, which is called The Dr Phil Show. This show became particularly famous after Danielle Bregoli's episode on the Dr Phil Show where she said the famous phrase "catch me outside, how bout that?" - this lead to danielle bregoli becoming Bhad Bhabie and then resulted in her exposing Dr Phil and pushed allegations about Dr Phil and the Turn About Ranch.
