About Serena Althaus
Serena Althaus is Ferguson Partners' Europe Chair. Based in the firm’s London office, she serves an extensive number of real assets clients and specializes in assisting those working in the areas of development, investment, structured finance and advisory, across all asset types (offices, logistics, retail, student accommodation, PRS, senior living and data centers). Serena also participates in the Board, CFO and Hospitality Practices. Serena has overseen or directly executed over 400 mandates over her 20-year career in the search industry from the Board to Director level. She is a regular speaker at industry events and has written numerous industry articles pertaining to diversity in the workplace, among other topics.

About Charlie Barton
Charlie Barton is a Managing Director at Ferguson Partners and leads the firm’s Europe business. Based in the firm’s London office, Charlie specializes in real estate and real assets assignments at the Board and senior management levels, and his client profile includes listed REITs, private equity firms, private landlords, investment banks and advisory firms operating across the equity and debt spaces. Charlie is also an active member of the firm’s Hospitality practice and works with hotel and alternative asset owners, operators, and investors in direct assets, as well as NPLs. Charlie is also experienced at CFO/FD appointments.
