You need the tank to hit the first infantry for 8 hp(50% chance with 75 damage), and also for it to retreat to the left across the mountain instead of staying in place. If you're speedrunning, that's all you need to do, but if you want the lab as well, you need to damage the second infantry for 7 damage(also 50% chance) so it doesn't combine with the 2 hp one.
After that, just get the power turn in. You should only need to destroy 2 of Lash's units.
