Описание: Mung Bean Soup with Veggies | Sautéed Mung Beans | Ginisang Munggo

Mung Bean Soup. This simple and healthy dish is perfect to have during rainy or cold weather. Serve it with rice and fried fish on side.

Disclaimer: I'm not a chef. You don't need to be a Pro to eat good food, or eat food that you like or crave for. You just have to explore in the kitchen! My cooking/baking is based on my personal taste and I always do it my way. I just love cooking food and making video recipes of it, even my first time cooking. Most of my recipes are also from Youtube and other reading materials. My measurements are often estimates, and some of my ingredients are optional and leftovers.

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup of Mung beans
1/4 kilo of squash, sliced
1/2 kilo of Bittergourd, sliced
1 cup spinach
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 piece tomato chopped
1 piece onion chopped
2 cups of water for boiling
Salt and ground black pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:
*Heat oil in a pan.
*sauté the onion, garlic and tomato.
*Add anchovies, let it cook.
*Pour the sautéed anchovies in boiled Mung beans. Stir and then simmer.
*Season with salt and pepper.
*Add squash, bittergourd, let it boil.
Add the spinach, let it cook then serve.
*Serve and enjoy!
