1. Complete Inner Engineering
2. Apply for Sadhanapada
3. Apply for poornanga ( After Sadhanapada)

This process takes 1.5 to 2 years.
But you don't need to be a full-time to start volunteering.

After Inner Engineering, you can start volunteering and stay until Sadhanapada and then Poornanga. (2 months Max)

easy....

This is the crucial part,
" What should be your mindset of volunteering at Isha Yoga Centre?" It is not about "How to become a fulltime volunteer" or " How to become a brahmachari at isha Yoga center" it is more about on the fundamental level what exactly you are opting for.

Unless you are clear about that. you are going to experience some friction.

Many people feel like they would be doing only sadhana and little bit of seva. Well, seva can be anything. it could be something similiar to what you were doing and there is no difference, infact you are not getting paid for it anymore. it could be difficult if you dont align your life with it.

It is not an escape but a conscious choice of living as a conscious human being and contribute towards making availabe one drop of spirituality and creating a world where life can thrive well.
