Chebureks Recipe – Crispy Juicy Meat Pastries You Can Make at Home!
Learn how to make crispy, golden, and juicy chebureks step by step. These meat-filled pastries are perfect for lunch, dinner, or a snack. With simple ingredients and easy instructions, you can enjoy restaurant-style chebureks right in your kitchen!
Ingredients :
• 3⅓ cups (400 g) all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 3 tbsp vegetable oil
• ¾ cup (200 ml) boiling water
• 14 oz (400 g) ground meat of your choice
• 3½ oz (100 g) onion, finely chopped
• ½–1 tsp (1–2 g) black pepper
• ⅓ cup (100 ml) cold water
• Oil for frying
Step-by-step instructions :
1. Prepare the dough: mix flour, salt, oil, and boiling water. Knead until elastic. Rest 15–20 min.
2. Prepare the filling: combine ground meat, onion, salt, black pepper, and cold water. Mix well.
3. Roll dough into thin circles, place meat on one half, fold, and seal edges.
4. Heat plenty of oil until shimmering. Fry chebureks 2–3 min per side until golden brown.
5. Optional: drizzle hot oil over floating chebureks for extra crispiness.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
