Halloween 2020 is certainly going to be a Halloween like no other!! Here in Wales, UK, we have just been informed that we'll soon be in a tight lockdown/firebreak/circuit breaker and have to stay in our homes for several weeks, including Halloween. Trick or Treating is now banned here!!

Thinking what a disappointment it will be for children not being able to go out trick or treating this year got me wondering about potential safe alternatives and/or variations to this age-old tradition that can be enjoyed from the safety of their own homes.

I came up with 3 ideas, in fact, and my daughter and I had a special early pandemic-safe Halloween at home so we could dress up and have a go at the trick or treat alternatives to see if they worked, which they did, and we demonstrated them to you.

I'm Imo and she's Izzy. We're a UK mother and daughter vlogging combo that loves to get out and about and exploring South Wales and beyond.
