How to make a Yoke, Squat Rack, Bench Press Rack, Atlas Stone Bar, all in one with no welding. This DIY project helps you make your own home gym in one combo unit with no welding. Customize it as you see fit and let me know what you’ve changed or added in the comments. Materials and tools below. PLEASE NOTE: If I were to do this project again, I would drill holes for metal j hooks instead of lag bolting them in.

Materials List:
(3) 4x6x96” landscape timbers ($17 each at IFA)
(2) 2x4x96” lumber ($3.60ea at local hardware store)
(1) 2.5” x 5’ metal pipe ($0.82 per pound at remnant yard Metal Mart..$7-$15)
(4) metal pins of some sort...(I used large 1/4" thick nails that I had lying around)
(1) 1” x 10' metal pipe...add one for pull-up bar ($0.82 per pound at remnant yard Metal Mart..~$5-$15)
(1) 4x4x96” lumber...2x4s might work for you ($9 at local hardware store)
(16) 6” lag screws 3/8” thick ($1.10ea at local hardware store)
(8) washers, 3/8” hole (8 pack for $1.20 at local hardware store)
(4) 4” lag screws 3/8” thick ($0.75ea at local hardware store)
(16) 2.5” common wood screws ($6 for 1lbs of screws at local hardware store)
TOTAL: about $120.00 US
Tools needed:
Circular Saw or Mitre Saw
Metal cut off/angle grinder or hacksaw
Strong Drill (bit for wood screws)
Metal drill bit (diameter bigger than pins)
Wood bits: 2.5” hole saw, 1”, 3/8”, 1/8” (I got a hole saw set for $30 at hardware store)
Ratchet 9/16”
Hammer or rubber mallet
Chisel
Tape measure
Pencil
Level
Wood shims
