English Pronunciation | The Letter 'B' | How to Pronounce the Hard, Soft and Silent B

Описание: In this English Pronunciation lesson, I'm going to to help you learn how to pronounce the letter B in English.

In this lesson there are over THREE ways to pronounce the letter B. The First is the HARD B found in words like Boy and Ball. The second is the softer B usually found at the end of words like Tube and Describe. And finally I'm going to help you to learn about the SILENT B which can be confusing for learners of English and is often found before or after strong consonants like M and T as in words like Bomb and Debt.

The Letter B in English is a CONSONANT letter and is pronounced in the alphabet as /bi:/.
