The grass fields in Pennsylvania are just too good to pass-up, so this 4th of July weekend we're flying back to the Keystone State to check out a couple more. First-up is Schuylkill County (KZER) in Pottsville with its 2,500' grass runway perched on a ridge top. That's just a warm-up for today's main event: Sunbury (71N), a 3,200' grass strip on an island in the middle of the Susquehanna River with a gorgeous over-water approach (it is on an island, after all). And then it's up to Bloomsburg Municipal (N13) for a splash-'n'-go before heading home to Warrenton (KHWY). It'll be hot and bumpy but a guaranteed great time, so come along and join the fun!
