The questions for today’s Q&A episode are all about biblical foods to eat. And that's what I love to talk about. So this is gonna be a fun video!

So the pomegranate benefits are for beautiful, youthful skin, helps protect against the sun helps prevent inflammation helps prevent against certain cancers, especially breast cancer and prostate cancer, helps to protect against heart disease helps to protect against eye problems, and this one is a blow your tap helps to prevent the buildup of plaque on your teeth.
2. Besides the Book of Leviticus, where else does the Bible teach us about what and how to eat? - Carmen
There are many biblical foods to eat mentioned in the Bible both the new and old testament. Now, I would highly recommend the book or the course treasures of Healthy Living Bible study https://thebiblicalnutritionist.com/p.... That is exactly why I wrote that Bible study. There are over 400 uses of the word wheat; there are 45 mentions of pomegranates. There's numerous uses of the words olives and the Old and the New Testament dates are mentioned over 100 times.

3. Does a whole plant based food help reduce cholesterol? - John
As with all biblical foods to eat, the answer is yes, a whole plant based foods will definitely bring down cholesterol and help your body to balance. Fiber is what helps to bring down cholesterol but we have to have the insoluble and the soluble which is why we have to have real food. So a high fiber, cruciferous diet is definitely going to bring that number down.
4. The Bible teaches about clean and unclean foods. Should we still abide by those teachings today? By not eating pork and seafood? And should our food be kosher? - Yahyah
God is the same, His laws have not changed. Now, the laws of sacrifice for cleansing have changed because Jesus became that sacrificial lamb. Yet the laws of sanitation, they still apply, the laws of eating still apply. Now, I have done several videos about this topic:

Always remember, what God considered clean is always going to be clean. What God considers, you know, when he gives us a clear direction, he has a reason. Today, it's a personal choice, eat what God called clean, and for your greatest health benefit. Or go ahead and read into scripture what you want and use the phrase, therefore all foods were considered clean, which was added years later to the text for personal preference. I personally choose to eat by God's standards, not man's interpretation.
